China International economic Consultants Co., Ltd. (CIEC) was founded in 1981, being China's earliest company specializing in construction and engineering consulting, It has Grade A certification for engineering consulting granted by the State Planning Commission (certification number: 9401002) and is a full member of FIDIC and the executive council member of China Association of Engineering Consultancy. It has passed ISO9001:2000 Standard.

The company has drafted the document "on the financial and economic evaluation methods for the feasibility study of China and foreign-founded joint ventures", and it has provided consulting services for numerous large and medium-sized companies both at home and abroad and has so far completed over 4,000 consulting projects.
